第一届中国食品科学青年论坛

In order to investigate the scientific issues for further research on food science, concise major theoretical problem in food science , display the latest achievements of food science ,build a platform for academic exchanges of young scientists and promote the development of China''s food science. "The First China Food Science Youth Forum"will to be held in 30~31th,August 2011. The attendants for the forum will be about 250.Forum will collect research papers from the persons charge for project of the Youth Fund.The papers will be published in conference proceedings and "the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology", arranged 50 to 60 report of the meeting. The seminar will showcase the latest achievements of food science; concise food science major core theoretical direction; expansion of food science a positive influence in the community.

为深入探讨食品科学基础和应用研究中存在的科学问题，凝练食品科学研究的重大理论核心，展示食品科学研究的最新成果，构筑青年科研工作者学术交流平台，推动我国食品科学研究发展。定于2011年8 月30~31 日举办“第一届中国食品科学青年论坛”。研讨会规模在250人左右，将征集青年基金项目承担者的研究学术论文，出版会议论文集和《中国食品学报》专刊，安排50~60 个会议报告。通过研讨会将展示食品科学研究的最新成果;凝练食品科学研究的重要理论问题；扩大食品科学研究在社会上的积极影响力。

2012年8月29日至31日，由中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会、中国国家自然科学基金委员会以及浙江省自然科学基金委员会主办，浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院及馥莉食品研究院承办的首届中国食品科学青年论坛于浙江大学紫金港校区成功举行。大会邀请了中国工程院院士、北京工商大学副校长孙宝国院士，国家自然科学基金委生命科学部六处处长杨新泉等领导参加。浙江省科技厅副厅长王宏理出席并致词。全国各相关高等院校、科研院所的青年学者共214名代表参会。. 论坛由一个主题报告和六个专题报告组成。报告囊括食品科学基础、食品加工学基础和食品加工技术三大食品学术领域的五十多个学术报告。提问和讨论十分热烈，学术气氛浓厚论坛的成功举办为全国的食品科研人员提供了展示自己和互相学习的平台，代表们借着这个平台进行了广泛的交流；论坛也增强了全国食品工作者，特别是年轻的食品科研人员之间的联系，促进了我国食品学科的可持续发展。
