文本情绪计算框架、模型和方法研究

Text-based emotion computing which incorporates psychology，cognitive science and computer science is becoming a hot topic in natural language processing research. Based on the in-depth analysis on the mechanisms and rules related to the generation, migration and expression of human emotion and the consideration of characteristics of text computing, this project proposes an text emotion computing framework based on "stimulate cognitive - refection output" mechanism and corresponding emotion field computing model. Under the unified framework and computing model, this study investigates the four key problems in text emotion computing in-depth and mutually reinforcing: 1. The emotion analysis research investigates the method for recognizing the description and expressions of individual's emotion from text and analyzing his emotion state which incorporates common sense of emotion text expression, the historical relevance and expectation relevance in emotion migration. 2. The emotion cause detection research investigates the method for identifying the cause of individual emotion state change from text which incorporates the common sense of emotion cognition and detection of emotion state migration. 3. The emotion prediction research investigates the method for predicting the individual's emotion state change after receiving the stimulation containing in the text which incorporates the common sense of emotion cognition. 4. The personalized emotion modeling research investigates the method for modeling the personalized emotion characteristics of individuals using social media text. Finally, this project implements the emotion analysis method with emotion prediction module, the emotion cause detection method with emotion analysis module, the emotion prediction method with emotion cause detection results and emotion computing incorporating common sense emotion knowledge and personalized emotion models. The implementation of this project will promote the in-depth study of text emotion computing and lay the foundations for the emotion computing based applications.

结合心理学、认知科学和计算科学的文本情绪计算正成为自然语言处理研究的热点。在对个体情绪产生、迁移及表达机制进行深入分析基础上，本项目提出基于"刺激认知-反射输出"机制的文本情绪计算框架和情绪场计算模型。在统一的框架和模型下，对文本情绪计算四个关键问题进行深入和相互促进的研究：1.情绪分析研究利用情绪文本表达常识、情绪转移历史相关性和期望相关性，识别个体情绪描述并分析其情绪状态的方法；2.情绪归因研究利用情绪认知常识和个体情绪迁移发现，从文本中识别个体情绪迁移原因的方法；3.情绪预测研究利用情绪认知知识，预测个体在接收到文本刺激后情绪状态迁移的方法；4.情绪个性化建模研究利用社会化媒体文本对用户个体的情绪特质进行建模的方法。最终实现结合预测的情绪分析、结合分析的情绪归因、结合归因结果的情绪预测以及结合情绪常识和个性化模型的情绪计算。本项目将推动文本情绪计算研究的深入，为相关应用研究奠定基础。

本研究围绕文本情绪计算的框架、模型与方法展开。在统一的语义表示框架下，研究文本情绪计算的几个关键问题，包括文本情绪分析，特定对象文本情绪分析，文本情绪原因发现，文本情绪预测。针对现有资源不足的问题，本项目构建了目前世界上最大的中文文本情绪标注语料库，双语文本情绪原因标注语料库，中文立场标注语料库、中文文本情绪预测语料库。在文本情绪分析研究中，本项目提出了一系列基于深度学习的模型与方法，同时研究了基于类噪音估计和负面迁移检测的跨领域、跨语言情绪分析方法。在面向特定对象文本情绪分析研究中，研究了基于对象和用户分布式表示的对象文本情绪分析，以及结合文本和话题对象的文本立场分析。在文本情绪原因发现研究中，建立了基于情绪表达与情绪认知的新型情绪词典，并研究了基于多核支持向量机和卷积记忆网络的情绪原因抽取方法。在文本情绪预测研究中，研究了结合情绪词典、主题、文本特征的预测方法。在上述基础上构建了基于情绪分析的智能金融信息服务系统。此外，将项目研发的一系列机器学习方法应用于其他相关领域，取得良好效果。研究成果包括出版学术专著一本，发表SCI检索期刊论文19篇，其他期刊论文8篇，国际会议论文32篇。申报国家发明专利10项，申请并授权软件著作权30项。培养博士研究生4人，毕业2人，硕士研究生毕业19人。应用项目建立的语料资源，组织了4次文本情绪计算相关国际评测，推动了领域研究的发展。
