多样异质数据环境下群体共识规则及反馈机制研究

In recent years, reaching consensus should be considered with the continuous upgrading of social groups in the decision-making process, so the consensus and consensus building has gradually become an important research topic in the field of group decision-making. This project examines the multiple attribute group decision making process from the perspective of consensus, and explores the paradigm and rules of consensus-aggregation, which is used to lay the theoretical foundation for designing the consensus model for group decision making with heterogeneous multi-attribute. The consensus measure between heterogeneous individual preferences is studied, and consensus model is established to provide a theoretical approach to solve the problem of heterogeneous multi-attribute group decision making with dynamic iteration. Moreover, feedback mechanism of heterogeneous multi-attribute group consensus is discussed, and the consensus algorithms of heterogeneous multi-attribute large group decision-making are designed. Then a new research paradigm for large group consensus forming mechanism is obtained. The effect mechanism of consensus measure and feedback mechanism on consensus convergence is explored, which promote the establishment of simulation platform for Consensus models. This project will optimize the existing decision rules from the perspective of information and interests among the agents based on the consensus analysis, which provides a new theoretical guidance for solving the complex multiple attribute group consensus problems.

近年来不断升级的社会群体事件对决策过程中共识的达成提出了现实的要求，共识构建逐渐成为群体决策领域重要的研究议题。本项目从共识视角审视多属性群体决策过程，探索共识-集结的群体决策范式与规则，为共识参与的异质多属性群体决策模式设计奠定理论基础；研究异质偏好个体之间的共识测度，建立共识规则与自动反馈机制关联的共识模型，为解决具有动态迭代性的异质多属性群体决策问题提供理论途径；探讨异质多属性大群体共识的反馈机制，设计异质多属性大群体共识达成算法，寻求大群体决策共识形成机理的研究新范式；构建异质多属性群体共识模型仿真平台，探索共识测度和反馈算法对共识收敛的影响机制，从统计学、行为学及群体决策等多角度分析共识动态演化机理，推进共识仿真平台构建理论的发展。本项目以共识分析为导向，从多元主体间的信息、利益关系角度全面优化现有决策规则，为复杂多属性群体共识决策问题的解决提供新的理论指导。

本项目针对异质信息下的群体决策问题，对模糊共识群体决策问题及突发应急决策模型进行研究。首先，从共识的视角审视多属性群体决策过程，探索共识-集结的群体决策范式与规则，为共识参与的异质多属性群体决策模式的设计奠定理论基础。其次，研究基于异质偏好的个体之间共识测度，构建共识规则与自动反馈机制关联的共识模型，同时探讨异质多属性群体共识的反馈机制和形成过程，分析决策主体参与能力与有效性，为决策共识形成机理研究提供理论途径。再次，对近年来典型非常规突发事件进行案例分析，协同应急物资配送的各种资源，建立应急物资配送优化模型，分析最优应急物资分配策略，为不确定条件下应急物资分配决策提供参考。
