Hybrid marine energy power generation for islands is one of the important development directions under the current marine energy resources status in China, combined with the trend of the demonstration and industrialization for marine energy power generation, its location decision-making plays a very important role, which determines the economic and social benefits of the hybrid marine energy power station. The present proposal takes the location decision-making of hybrid marine energy power station for islands as the investigating object. The regions division methodology of hybrid marine energy complementation for islands is set up based on geographic information systems(GIS), multiple attribute decision making(MADM) methods and fuzzy set theory, and the regions division of our country is established, which is the basis of location decision-making. Then, the location decision-making model is set up and optimized, realizing its parameterization under multi-objectives restraint. Meanwhile, the traditional MADM methods are improved and the solution algorithm is proposed based on the improved MADM methods and collective decision-making theory for solving multidimensional complex decision-making problems. The research on regions division and location decision methodology can provide theoretical support to promote marine energy industrialization process and solve power problem of islands, which has important theoretical meaning and practical value.
海岛海洋能多能互补是我国海洋能资源现状下的重要发展方向,结合海洋能发电向示范阶段及产业化、实用化推进的发展趋势,其选址决策是首要工作,决定了海洋能多能互补发电的经济效益和社会效益。本课题以海岛海洋能多能互补独立电站选址决策为研究对象,基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information Systems-GIS)、多属性决策(Multiple Attribute Decision Making-MADM)方法及模糊集理论建立海岛海洋能多能互补区划方法并实现我国海岛区划,为选址决策提供基础;建立并优化选址决策模型,实现多目标约束下模型参数化,改进MADM方法,基于集体决策理论提出模型求解算法,实现多维复杂决策问题的求解。本课题的海岛海洋能多能互补区划和选址决策方法研究,可以为推进海洋能产业化进程、解决海岛供电问题提供理论支撑,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
