Real time and on-line measurement of atmospheric organic aerosol is important for the real-time monitoring and early warning of atmospheric organic pollutants and the cause of air pollution in china. However, the existing technologies and methods need to be developed in quantitative and qualitative analysis. This project will combine real-time aerosol dynamics lens and multiple reagent ions mass spectrometry, to develop a new technology and method of the real-time aerosol enrichment desorption and selected-ion chemical ionization mass spectrometry (REDOA-SICIMS). In this project, a high temperature SICIMS will be established to detect the non-volatile organic compounds. A method of the atmospheric organic aerosol real-time enrichment and desorption will be studied. Finally, REDOA-SICIMS will be used for monitoring and collaborative analysis of organic aerosol. Based on these studies, the organic compounds in gas phase and particle phase can be quantitatively monitored and collaboratively analyzed by REDOA-SICIMS. The target method holds the advantages of rapid, high sensitive, quantitative ability,multiphase (gas/particle) detection, selected ion collaborative qualitative analysis. It can greatly improve the recognition ability and the monitoring of atmospheric organic aerosol time resolution, save manpower and material resources, and will have important application value in the studies of the causes of pollution and air pollution monitoring.
实时在线测量大气有机气溶胶,对于大气有机污染物实时监测预警以及我国大气污染成因研究具有重要意义,然而,目前大气有机气溶胶实时在线测量技术在定量和定性分析能力方面仍有待提高。本项目将气溶胶动力学透镜和多种母离子的实时在线质谱结合,发展一种气溶胶实时富集解吸-选择离子化学电离质谱(REDOA-SICIMS)新技术和方法,通过对难挥发有机物检测的高温SICIMS研究、大气有机气溶胶实时聚焦富集和热解吸研究、REDOA-SICIMS选择离子在线监测和协同分析有机气溶胶等研究,以期实现REDOA-SICIMS对大气的气相有机物和粒子相有机物的实时在线高灵敏定量监测和选择离子协同定性分析。目标成果具有快速、高灵敏、可定量、气相/粒子相多相检测、选择离子协同定性分析的优势,可极大提高大气有机气溶胶的识别能力和监测的时间分辨、节省人力和物力,在大气污染监测及污染成因研究领域具有重要的应用价值。
项目针对现有大气有机气溶胶实时在线监测方法不足,项目开展了选择离子化学电离质谱仪研制、有机气溶胶实时聚焦富集和热解吸进样装置研制、气相固相有机物检测应用研究等工作,建立了气溶胶实时富集解吸-选择离子化学电离质谱仪器,发展了大气中挥发性有机物实时在线高灵敏监测方法,初步建立了气溶胶实时富集解吸检测方法,实现了大气中挥发性有机物的实时高灵敏监测和气溶胶粒子相有机物的热解吸检测。大气中有机物的实时高灵敏走航监测文章发表在环境等领域顶级期刊上。利用该项目的部分研究成果建成的大气有机物走航监测质谱仪已被全国多个省市环保部门和环保企业采用,在我国大气污染监测溯源中发挥了一定的作用。
