基于定量分析的20世纪遗产建筑修复技术策略整合研究

The preservation and renovation of 20th century heritage architecture is a particular subject，which is different from the historic preservation of buildings over hundreds of years． The 20th century heritage architecture is relatively young， and its historical values are in dispute． Thus， preservation and renovation of it isn＇t paid enough attention． However， 20th century heritage buildings are facing the practical problem of being urgent to repair or reform， and some have been destroyed． Therefore， for the conservation of the 20th architecture，we should not use the same way conventionally used in historic preservation， but adopt an operable strategy and approach to preserve and renovate 20th century heritage architecture according to the buildings＇ exact condition. In view of this, the applicant on the ideas of this topic, focus on two aspects: one is the analysis of deterioration mechanism, two is suitable for technology assessment, summed up in one sentence. Research results of the project, will the right choice for modern historic building restoration technique strategy provides theoretical guidance for the micro and positive role in promoting, and lay a solid foundation to improve the overall level of protection of 20th century heritage architecture.

20世纪遗产建筑的保护修复，是不同于历史文物建筑保护的一个重要课题。由于这一时期的优秀建筑相对建成的年代比较短,其中一些建筑的历史价值也存在着一些争议,对于它们的保护利用和改造修复问题尚未引起有关方面的足够重视。然而,目前这类建筑正面临着亟待修复或改造的实际问题,有的甚至已经遭到了被拆除的噩运。因此,对于20世纪建筑,不能套用业已成熟的文物建筑保护的常规方式,而必须结合实际情况,采取切实可行的保护和修复技术措施。 有鉴于此，申请人提出本课题的研究构想，目标集中在两个层面：一是劣化程度定量分析，二是技术策略整合。项目的研究成果，将会对20世纪遗产建筑修复技术策略的正确抉择提供微观的理论指导和积极的促进作用，进而为提高20世纪建筑保护的整体水平奠定坚实的基础。

本项目以20世纪遗产建筑的保护修复技术策略为研究对象，重点从以下五个方面开展研究：一、结构劣化定量分析与修复技术研究，其中包括木结构劣化定量分析与修复技术研究、基于劣化定量分析的遗产建筑砖墙外立面评估体系研究、建筑围护结构节能改造技术策略研究等内容；二、建筑材料病害及其修复及维护技术策略，其中包括砖材保护修复策略整合研究、砖砌体的清洗技术及其适应性、石材外立面劣化机理定量研究与修复、石材保护修复策略整合、外墙石材养护技术策略、金属材料保护技术策略、建筑玻璃材料的微生物劣化研究等内容；三、预防性保护技术策略；四、室内装修保护修复技术策略；五、保护利用模式研究，其中包括公共建筑遗产保护利用模式、建筑可持续发展策略体系、遗产建筑中无障碍通行设施加建及改造、工业类遗产建筑保护利用模式等内容。此外，还将20世纪遗产建筑保护的视野拓展到历史文化街区的保护，借助大数据分析等手段，对历史文化街区的可持续发展策略进行了相应的研究。
