Shrub plays a great role in China's eco-environment construction especially in arid and semi-arid. In recent years, some insect-pest and disease disasters in shrub forest have occurred badly, however, some related studies on cold-hardiness have not been concerned. With some theories and methods of insect physiology, insect ecology and molecular biology, the cold-hardiness of Holcocerus hippophaecolus-a new serious forest pest insect were studied systematically by analyzing the different developmental stages, the larva in different instars, different periods of overwintering and geographic populations from the type、capability and strategy of cold-resistant, combined with the geographical and climatic conditions of different regions, this study reveals the cold resistance and adaptation mechanisms of H. hippophaecolus and provides the theory basis for life history strategy, physiological biochemical regulation and selective mechanism of the evolution.
灌木林在干旱半干旱地区的生态环境建设中具有十分重要的地位和作用,近年来生物灾害发生日益严重,但有关耐寒性的研究严重滞后。本项目以大面积成灾的沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫为研究对象,以昆虫生理学、昆虫生态学和分子生物学等理论与方法为主要研究手段,从耐寒类型、耐寒能力和耐寒策略三个方面,对沙棘木蠹蛾不同发育阶段,特别是不同龄幼虫,越冬前期、中期和后期的幼虫以及不同地区越冬幼虫的耐寒性进行了系统研究,并结合不同地区的地理和气候条件,揭示沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫的耐寒性及适应机制,为明确沙棘木蠹蛾的生活史对策、生理生化调节和选择进化机制提供理论依据。
本项目以大面积成灾的沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫为研究对象,以昆虫生理学、昆虫生态学和分子生物学等理论与方法为主要研究手段,从耐寒类型、耐寒能力和耐寒策略三个方面,对沙棘木蠹蛾的耐寒性进行了系统研究。明确了越冬幼虫的耐寒能力及耐寒物质;揭示了沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫低温胁迫响应的转录组表达差异;明确了沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫几种热激蛋白在基因和蛋白水平的表达规律;并结合气候模型模拟出的未来气候条件,预测了气候变化对其在中国适生区的影响。本项目揭示了沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫的耐寒性及适应机制,为明确沙棘木蠹蛾的生活史对策、生理生化调节和选择进化机制提供理论依据。
