The theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nature is the core of the theory of traditional Chinese pharmacology, and is the connection between traditional Chinese pharmacology and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and is the principle of the clinical application, and is the key role to maintain the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine TCM advantages. In the historical of the pharmacology is still not developed, due to the inability to find the material basis of drug, the theory of Traditional Chinese Pharmacology established not fully using empirical scientific research means, but with similar to the contemporary function group and information encoding theory to construct their own set of theoretical system. Based on the two funds of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine life encoding, we analysis the construction rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacology, combined with traditional Chinese medicine life information encoding theory and principles, try to use the binary digit code of computer, to deconstruct and reconstruct the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nature, to achieve both maintain the property theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nature and using modern science and language to annotate the traditional Chinese medicine theory, so that the traditional Chinese medicine theory been scientifically validated and abundant development. This research work can provide a theoretical foundation for the clinical use and experimental research, and lay the foundations for the final establishment of digital TCM science system.
中药药性理论是中药学理论的核心部分,是中药学的灵魂,是中医学、中药学衔接的桥梁,是临床中药应用的纲领,是保持中医特色、发挥中医优势的关键环节。在药理学尚没有发展起来的历史时期产生的中药学理论体系,由于无法了解药物作用的物质基础,所以,没有完全采用实证科学的研究手段,而是采用类似今天的功能组学和信息编码理论建构起自己的一套理论体系。我们在成功完成了中医基础理论和中医生命信息编码两项基金课题研究的基础上,深入剖析中药学理论体系建构规律,结合中医生命信息编码理论和生物信息学原理,采用计算机二进制数字语言,对中药药性理论进行解构和重建,达到既保持中药药性理论的自身完整性,又用现代科学语言诠释中医药传统理论的目的,使中药传统理论得到科学验证和丰富发展,为临床用药和实验研究提供理论依据,为最终构建数字中医药科学体系奠定基础。
中药药性理论是中药学理论的核心部分,是中药学的灵魂,是中医学、中药学衔接的桥梁,是临床中药应用的纲领,是保持中医特色、发挥中医优势的关键环节。本研究在成功完成了中医基础理论和中医生命信息编码两项基金课题研究的基础上,深入剖析中药学理论体系建构规律,结合中医生命信息编码理论和生物信息学原理,采用计算机二进制数字语言,对中药药性理论进行解构和重建。完成了322味中药药性二进制数字编码,构建了中药药性数字模型,并成功模拟322味中药药性属性(该模型理论上可以编码281474976710656味中药药性属性),完成了课题研究计划全部研究内容。但在进一步拓展模型测试的过程中,发现该模型无法100%对应中药的功效。该模型可以完整表达中药的全部药性属性,模型构建是成功的,但该模型无法100%对应中药的功效,又说明此模型的后续应用是失败的,此失败不是模型构建问题,而是中药药性与中药功效之间并不存在完全相关关系。这一发现非常重要,明确了中药的功效不是中药的药性决定的,而是古人经验的总结,这和现代化学药物的功效是由药物的属性(主要是组成成分和结构)决定的理论相悖,提示中药药性理论研究应抛弃传统从理论重构的研究思路,而采用人工智能方法,为下一步深入全面开展中医理论数字化研究提供了全新的思路。
