岩土工程学报

Chinese J. of Geotechnical Eng. (Monthly), being sponsored by 6 top Chinese societies, started in 1979. It is a academic periodical mainly publishing the advanced results about science research and engineering practice in the field of soil mechanics and rock mechanics. The journal has built a set of perfect regulations for manuscript reviewing and selecting and a set of standard styles for editing and publishing. Its full text is open in internet and can be downloaded freely. The journal is ranked much high in the list of Impact Factors and Total Cites among the Chinese Civil and Construction Engineering periodicals, and it is ranked No. 1 successively among the Chinese Building Science periodicals included by A Guide to the Core Journals of China. The journal has been indexed by many database systems at home and abroad, including: Ei Compendex, etc., and has been awarded as 100 Outstanding Academic Journals of China, Best Scientific and Technological Periodicals, Excellent Periodicals and so on. The journal has a prestigious Editorial Board with high academic level, a very important lecture—Huang Wenxi Lecture in the field of geotechnical engineering, and a special fund. The members of the Editorial Board and the lord of Huang Wenxi Lecture are produced by the difference in amount select, and the journal becomes a type in developing academic democracy. Being developed for 30 years, the journal has already owned a lot of advantages and huge potential developing in the future.

岩土工程学报创刊于1979年，由6个全国性一级学会共同主办，是一本以刊登土力学和岩石力学领域中能代表当今先进理论和实践水平的科学研究和工程实践成果为主要内容的学术期刊。学报建立了完善的审稿定稿制度，制定了规范标准的编排出版体例，实现了全文网上开放和下载。学报的总被引频次和影响因子多年来在土木建筑工程类期刊中位居前列，一直在建筑科学类中文核心期刊中排名首位。学报被EI等国内外多个重要的数据库收录，获得了“百种中国杰出学术期刊”、“中国精品科技期刊”和“优秀期刊”等许多荣誉。学报拥有一个高学术影响力的编委会，开办了岩土工程界有重要影响的黄文熙讲座，创办了岩土工程学报专项基金，在编委和讲座人遴选方面实行了差额选举，为学术民主做出了典范。经过30年的建设，学报已具备较大的优势，有进一步发展的巨大潜力。

在2012年1月1日至2014年12月31日2年的项目执行期间，项目的承担者根据项目计划书所列的项目内容、要求和计划认真地组织和开展了各项工作，进行了《岩土工程学报》优秀稿源的组织，精心组织了审稿和遴选高水平稿件，在提高编辑业务水平、提高学报出版质量、改善学报发布发行质量和速度以及扩大学报的学术影响等方面也开展了工作，学报的学术质量和编辑出版质量以及编辑部的业务水平均有较大的提高，基本完成了本项目计划的各项工作，并取得了较好的项目效果。本学报的学术质量得到稳定提升，影响因子由实施前2012年的0.670提升到2014年的0.891，总被引频次由2012年的3901次提升到2014年的4601次。本学报被评为“百种中国杰出学术期刊”、 “RCCSE中国权威学术期刊”和“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊”。在项目的支持下，学报编辑出版的设施设备、稿件采编网络环境以及编辑部工作条件均得到一定的改善。项目的实施对本学报在项目实施期间取得的成绩起到较大的促进作用，也为学报进一步发展奠定一定的基础。
