Research of hexaferrites for millimeter wave applications is a search project supported by the NSFC in a year.We study the hexaferrites with millimeter wave devices. Owing to little time and fund, We mainly study the microwave properties of M-type hexaferrites,and obtain very good.results. The new site model about hexaferrites is put forward. We also modify that professor E.P.Wohlfarth put forward conclusion about the hexahedral 2b site in R block. The high orientation degree hexaferrite Sr0.95Ca0.05Fe12O19 of the up-present unreported have been repared by using new site model. The six papers are respectively published by IEEE Transaction on Magnetics, Acta Physica Sinica, Journal of functional materials, Chinese Journal of electron devices and so on in a year. The some theses are taken in having two by SCI, having two by EI,and one by ISTP.
本课题首次把微波技术、自旋倾斜理论、材料科学和计算机技术结合起来,对六角铁氧体磁晶各向异性的起源进行了深入研究,并得出有实用价值的结论。解决降低材料介电损耗和提高取向度的矛盾,并通过离子取代和改进工艺制备出目前尚未见报导的新型的适合毫米波器件用的六角铁氧体,同时编制出一套控制毫米波用六角铁氧体配方、工艺等的实用软件。
