The latent infection of HPV that is main reason of recurrence and incidence rates is increasing annually of CA and is close correlation to malignant tumor. The best drug of treatment CA that is not only to wipe out the apparent warts, but also to eliminate the latent infection of HPV. Use of specific liposome encapsulated podophyllotoxin can prevent recurrence of CA. First, we are screen out ideal formulations under orthogonal desing, and set up a imaging of confocal laser scanning microscope to assay the liposome-podophyllotoxin; second, to study distribution regular pattern and index of microestimate of liposome podophyllotoxin in animal skin. It is indicated that the liposome -podophyllotoxin was slowly releasing and can last longer time in skin. The researches on animals to evaluate the pharmacokinetis, skin irritation and systemic toxicity after topical application of liposome-podophyllotoxin which indicated that the liposome-podophyllotoxin was safety.
HPVs的潜伏感染是尖锐湿疣复发和患病率在世界范围内高居不下的根本原因,也与某些恶性肿瘤密切相关。前期工作已初步研制出具表皮靶向性的脂质体鬼臼毒素。本项目拟进一步研究该药剂在皮肤的动态分布规律、微观量化指标及直观成像方法。这将在基础研究方面为控制HPVs潜伏感染闯出新路,并建立起药物在皮肤的定量和显微立体图像分析的实用新模式。
