Host-guest chemistry is in the ascendant. The mechanism of multi-recognition based on the conjunctive interaction between weak bond and strong bond as well as the multi-point interaction among weak bonds,acting as the foundation of the further development of synthetic techniques and crafts of new host molecules,is one of the main contents in host-guest chemistry. The host molecules formed by the linking of active function group or multi-function group to the bodies of cyclodextrins(CD)or polycyclodextrins(CDP),are used to recognize guest molecules(small molecules,free radicals and big molecules)in environmental or biochemistry samples,from which the knowledge and information for the deep research into host-guest mechanism is attained. The contents of our research including three main respects:1.Molecular spectrum studies on the supramolecular interaction between host molecules and life-relating substances as guest molecules and its analytical application;2.Synthesis of new host regent and its application in analysis of life-relating toxic substance in environment;3.Study on the mechanism of multi-recognition between host and guest molecules and its application in drug analysis. The results obtained from the studies has high actual application value in establishing economical and highly-efficient system for separation and analysis,as well as its novel and special theoretical value for the research on the unique role of host-guest interaction plays in designing new drug form and varying life phenomenons.
