The magnetic interaction between soft magnetic materials and their electromagnetic environment is significant. It is a key factor to classify the mechanism of the interaction for designing materials‘ structur and component in practical application. The Giant Magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect has been the hot research topic because of the great application potential in magnetic sensors due to its advantages of high sensitivity, quick response, anti-interference ability. The GMI itself has also been developed as research tool for soft magnetic materials. The recent research trend on GMI materials has been focused on composite materials such as sandwiched structure. It is a suitable target to study the magnetic interaction, which is a basic scientific problem to be solved. In this project, we will prepare several different types of composite structure materials by combining different preparation technology. The influence of geometric structure and annealing technology on the magnetic properties will be studied. To reveal the magnetic interaction between the magnetic layers with its environment, a complete physical model will be established. The origin of GMI in composite structure materials will be obtained. The interaction between magnetic layers and its environment will be classified. The results will provide reliable theoretical foundation and technical parameters to design the composite GMI materials.
软磁材料周围存在导电或磁性材料时,由于材料间的相互作用对材料磁性能影响很大,弄清其机理对实际应用时设计材料结构和成分非常有意义。巨磁阻抗效应具有高灵敏度、响应快、抗干扰能力强等优点,在高灵敏度传感器等方面有巨大应用潜力,效应本身也正发展成软磁材料性能研究手段之一。目前巨磁阻抗材料集中在三明治结构等的复合结构材料,刚好可以作为软磁材料相互作用研究标的,是目前亟待研究的一个基本科学问题。本项目将综合利用多种手段制备多种复合结构材料,结合热处理工艺,探讨膜层几何结构、热处理工艺对样品磁性能的影响;利用经典电动力学方法,建立理论和计算模型,揭示复合结构材料的巨磁阻抗效应机理,探讨磁性层与电磁环境间的相互作用问题,为设计实用化GMI复合结构材料提供可靠的技术参数和理论依据。
软磁材料周围无论存在导电还是磁性材料时,由于材料间的相互作用均对材料的磁性能产生影响,因此弄清其影响机理对实际应用时设计材料结构和成分非常有意义。本项目我们利用磁控溅射和化学镀等手段制备复合结构材料,结合热处理工艺,利用巨磁阻抗效应和磁测量分析研究软磁材料间的相互作用,同时利用了oommf等微磁学手段探讨膜层几何结构、热处理工艺对样品磁性能的影响,揭示了复合结构材料的巨磁阻抗效应机理,探讨磁性层与电磁环境间的相互作用问题,为设计实用化GMI复合结构材料提供可靠的技术参数和理论依据,项目的开展为基于巨磁阻抗效应的弱磁传感器研制提供了较好的理论支撑。
