On the base of the physics-chemistry characters of liquid crystal in human bile which we have studied clearly, the phase transition and its condition in the process of bile liquid crystal to crystals, the dynamic change of biochemical index of bile and serum in the process of gallbladderstone formation were studied according to the guinea-pig animal experiment. We have understand clearly that the phase transition condition, law of the phase transition of bile liquid crystal in the formation of gallbladderstone and the relationship with biochemical index of bile and serum, and role of bileliquid crystal in the process of the gallbladderstone formation. And a new viewpiont was establihshed that the formation of gallbladderstone can be explained by the phase transition of liquid crystal. Bile liquid crystal is a kind of nucleation factor in bile, the process of its nucleation is a process of gathering, merging and phase transition of bile liquid crystal. The gathering and mergence of bile liquid crystal is the key for nucleation; The phase transition of liquid crystal related directly to the changes of bile composition and cellular degeneration of liver, but its relationship with biochemistry index of serum is not obvious. Bile liquid crystal is a kind of vesicle that composed of cholesterol monohydrate, the process of assemblage and mergence of ploylayer vesicle to cholesterol crystal is the process that bile liquid crystal gather together, merge and phase transition..Until now we have not found any similar reports.
本项目是在我们已经研究清除人体胆汁液晶理化特征的基础上,通过豚鼠国外实验,对胆囊结石形成过程中,胆汁液晶的相变、相变条件及胆汁、血清的有关生化指标的变化做动态的观察测定,找出它们的内在联系,搞清楚胆汁液晶在胆囊结石形成过程中的作用机理,为胆囊结石这种常见多发病的病因、发病机理的临床研究及该病的预防和治疗提供一定的依据。
