为了从理论与实践两个层面深入探索在开放条件下发展中国家充分利用外商直接投资（FDI）获取溢出效应、同时减少FDI造成的负面冲击的机制及应对策略，本项目拟针对影响FDI在我国产生行业内（intra-industry）溢出效应的行业特征要素及政策要素展开系统化的研究。本研究将采用经验研究与案例研究相结合的方法，在借鉴国际上同领域研究经验的基础上，重点探索对FDI在我国产生行业内溢出效应发生显著影响的行
