The application of knowledge organization systems can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence analysis such as science & technolgogy monitoring and evaluation and enterprise technology opportunity detection. But at the moment, the construction of knowledge organization systems has constraints of high cost and long period, so cannot be expanded to more and more domains rapidly. One of the objectives of National Comprehensive Utilization and Public Service Center of Scientific and Technical Information Resources is to meet the demand for rapid and economic knowledge organization systems constructions for a lot of domains based on the needs of intelligence analysis application. This project, aims at the demand, based on the early accumulation of a large number of research and development work and study on ontology learning, vocabulary integration and knowledge organization systems mapping, the corpus and the basis for the work of statistical analysis, word clustering,automatic logical relation check and so on. With in-depth analysis of the inner core applications needs and all types of resources available for construction knowledge organization system, simplify and optimize the knowledge organization systems model, exploring the key issues to solve the knowledge organization systems rapid construction problem,do experiment in specific domains and vetify and improve the rapid construction solutions .
知识组织系统的建设及应用能够提升科技监测评价、企业技术机会发现等特定情报分析应用的效率和效果,但受限于当前知识组织系统建设受到周期长、成本高等问题,无法大规模展开,也满足不了日益增长的需求。国家科技信息资源综合利用与公共服务中心的一项重要工作就是面向情报分析需求快速经济构建多个领域知识组织系统。本项目针对需求,立足于前期积累的大量关于本体学习、词表集成构建、知识组织系统映射、语料库建设及统计分析、词聚类、词间关系逻辑校验等研究和开发工作基础,深入分析特定的情报分析应用的内在需求和当前各类建设知识组织系统所需资源的可获取性,简化优化知识组织系统模型,探索解决知识组织系统快速构建的关键问题,并在选定领域展开实验,验证和优化解决方案。
知识组织系统的建设及应用能够提升科技监测评价、企业技术机会发现等特定情报分析应用的效率和效果,但受限于当前知识组织系统建设受到周期长、成本高等问题,无法大规模展开,也满足不了日益增长的需求。本项目立足于既有资源利用的视角,提出不同的应用场景和基础条件下知识组织系统的构建策略,重构了新能源汽车领域的基础数据集合,并具体地提出知识组织系统局部析取、外语知识组织系统汉化、定义和翻译在知识组织系统构建中如何运用以及模糊综合评价法和多策略融合,最后以电动汽车领域为例介绍了快速构建方案,结果表明当前的知识组织系统快速构建策略和方法已经能够在一定程度上满足情报服务的需求,可以扩展应用。
