教育研究、教育决策、教育实践的界面管理与协同效应

Interface management combines education research, education policy-making and education practice. It brings important interface relationship into management state and establishes high-level collaborative relationship through effective communication, coordination and control to improve efficiency. This research applies interface management theory and synergy theory. It aims to analyze the relationship among education research, education policy-making and education practice. The main contents are as follows: (1) To figure out the connotation, characteristics of education research, education policy-making and education practice, as well as their interface relationship. (2) To study the current situation of interface relationship among education research, education policy-making and education practice in our country through important education journals and typical cases. To find out the influence of education research on education decision and education practice. (3) To discuss the theoretical perspectives of relevant countries, when they are to deal with the relationship among education research, education policy and education practice, as well as their actual practice and experience. (4) To study the interface obstacle, causes and resolution strategy among education research, education policy-making and education practice, adopting principles of interface management. 5) To build related models based on synergy theory, which treats education research, education policy-making and education practice as an organized system. According to respective position and mission, the system produces synergy effect with the help of effective internal control and external intervention.

界面管理是对教育研究、教育决策、教育实践等界面进行联结，将重要界面关系纳入管理状态，通过有效沟通、协调和控制，在三者之间形成高水平协作关系，以提高其效率。本项目运用界面管理理论、协同理论，从新的研究视角分析教育研究、教育决策与教育实践之间的关系。主要包括：①研究梳理教育研究、教育决策、教育实践的内涵、特征及其界面关系。②通过重要教育研究期刊刊载论文和选取典型案例，分析我国教育研究、教育决策、教育实践界面关系的现状，以及教育研究在教育决策、教育实践中的影响力等。③探讨相关国家处理教育研究、教育政策、教育实践关系的理论观点、实际做法与典型经验。④运用界面管理的相关原理分析教育研究、教育决策、教育实践之间的界面障碍、成因及其消解策略。⑤根据协同理论，建立相关模型，将教育研究、教育决策、教育实践作为一个有机整体和开放系统，根据各自的定位与使命协同运行，通过有效的内部控制和外部干预，产生协同效应。

如何科学处理教育研究、教育决策、教育实践的相互关系是一个长期存在的难题，处理好三者之间关系对教育研究者、教育决策者、教育实践者都具有十分重要的价值。. 界面管理是对教育研究、教育决策、教育实践等界面进行联结，将重要界面关系纳入管理状态，通过有效沟通、协调和控制，在三者之间形成高水平协作关系，以提高其效率。本项目运用界面管理理论、协同理论，从新的研究视角分析教育研究、教育决策与教育实践之间的关系。主要研究内容包括：（1）研究梳理教育研究、教育决策、教育实践的内涵、特征及其界面关系。（2）通过重要教育研究期刊刊载论文和选取典型案例，分析我国教育研究、教育决策、教育实践界面关系的现状，以及教育研究在教育决策、教育实践中的影响力等。（3）探讨相关国家处理教育研究、教育政策、教育实践关系的理论观点、实际做法与典型经验。（4）运用界面管理的相关原理分析教育研究、教育决策、教育实践之间的界面障碍、成因及其消解策略。（5）根据协同理论，将教育研究、教育决策、教育实践作为一个有机整体和开放系统，根据各自的定位与使命协同运行，通过有效的内部控制和外部干预，产生协同效应。（6）本项目在研究过程中还比原计划拓展了研究内容，运用本课题的相关原理或依据本课题的研究思路，分析了大学治理、教师队伍建设、教师职称评审、研究生培养政策等，取得了系列相关研究成果。. 本项目的研究成果分别发表在《高等教育研究》、《清华大学教育研究》、《国家教育行政学院学报》等杂志。共发表CSSCI来源期刊论文10篇，其他论文4篇，其中被人大复印资料《高等教育》、《管理科学》全文转载3篇、被《新华文摘》论点摘编1篇。由人民出版社出版专著一部。获得山东省社科成果二等奖1项，三等奖1项。培养相关研究生5名。
