城市绿地生态服务功能价值优化评估的关键驱动机制研究

The value assessment of the ecological service function for urban green space is the hotspot among all the researches on urban ecology as well as the construction and management of city gardens. Most of the recent assessment studies at home and abroad usually borrow the indicators and measurement methods from natural forest ecosystems directly, but have little deep theoretical researches and scientific analytical methods. Based on the value assessment optimization of the ecological service function for urban green space and starting from the optimized driving motion of key systems, this project makes use of a variety of technical means and methods to build an innovative evaluation index system with the consideration of experts and the public, explores optimizing measurement and effective measurement methods for the indexes with positive effects and negative effects, and also discusses the positive and negative driving factors as well as the management strategies for the optimization of the ecological service function for urban green space. On the basis of evaluation index system innovation and index optimization measurement, it takes a detailed, dynamic and classified demonstration study on the measurement assessment of Hangzhou, which is a well-known international tourist city with the titles of National Garden City and National Forest City. These research results will be helpful to enrich and improve the theories and methods related to the value optimization of the ecological service function for urban green space. Furthermore, they can offer enlightenment and experience for the value optimization assessment of the ecological service function for urban green space, the optimization planning, construction and management of urban environment, the urban ecology construction as well as the green GDP accounting.

城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估是城市生态学、城市风景园林建设和管理领域的研究热点,目前国内外相关评估一般直接借鉴自然森林生态系统中的指标和计量方法，对该课题尚缺乏深度的理论研究和科学准确的分析方法。本项目基于城市绿地生态服务功能价值优化评估的角度，借助多种技术手段和方法，从关键体系优化驱动的视角，构建专家和公众角度相融合的创新评估指标体系，探索正面效益类指标、负面效应类指标的优化计量和有效计量方法，探讨城市绿地生态服务功能优化的正向、反向驱动因子和经营策略。在评估指标体系创新和指标优化计量基础上，以著名的国际风景旅游城市、国家园林城市、国家森林城市杭州市为对象，进行精细化动态分类综合量化评估实证。研究成果将有助于丰富和发展城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估的理论与方法，为城市绿地生态服务功能价值的优化评估、城市绿地环境优化规划、建设和管理、城市生态文明建设、绿色GDP核算等提供启示和借鉴。

本课题针对国内外城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估中有待进一步研究的问题，基本按照原定计划有序地展开相关的工作，并取得预期成果。本课题在实地调研和数据资料收集的基础上，针对国内外城市绿地生态服务功能价值评估中缺乏公众评估、缺乏综合创新评估体系、指标计量方法混乱、指标参数针对性差、景观游憩价值和社会效益价值评估有待研究、缺乏绿地面积和绿化面积的转换、缺乏精细化动态分类评估等瓶颈问题，构建了基于专家和公众信息相融合的城市绿地生态服务功能价值综合评估指标体系，针对部分评估指标进行了计量模型的选优、改进或原创量化建模，进行了部分价值量评估指标参数的优化，以并以著名的国家园林城市杭州市为对象，进行了相对精细化的动态分类综合量化评估实证，并初步探讨了城市绿地生态服务功能价值优化经营的策略。本课题的相关研究将为构建以人为本的和谐社会、促进绿色GDP核算、实现低碳社会和城市的可持续发展服务。通过3年的研究，顺利完成了项目计划要求。本课题已发表标注基金资助的学术论文6篇，其中已被EI核心收录2篇，EI待收录1篇，另外有2篇论文（标注基金资助）已被《中国园林》和《生态经济》核心期刊录用，撰写专著一部，即将被中国水利水电出版社出版（标注基金资助）。培养研究生3名。
