制度复杂性视角下影响我国科学家创业成败的关键因素及其机理研究

Under the background of “Public Entrepreneurship, Innovation”, scientists’ entrepreneurship has become important economic activities to achieve business value of science & technology. However, scientists often suffer the conflicts from research norms and entrepreneurial activities norms they have to confirm, which represents the typical institutional complexity in academic entrepreneurship. To resolve the typical problem, we must analyze the factors, influences, and mechanism of institutional complexity in the process of scientists’ entrepreneurship. This project will design a research framework covering institutional complexity and scientists’ entrepreneurship to focus on the following main contents: 1) the basic characteristics of scientists’ entrepreneurship and its embedded institutional complexity analysis; 2) constraints or factors of scientists’ entrepreneurship from institutional complexity and relative response strategies; 3) the effects and mechanisms of institutional complexity on scientists’ entrepreneurship performance; 4) construction of the inducing mechanisms and sustainable institutional systems for scientists’ entrepreneurship. The research of this project would extend the literature and theories in institutional complexity and entrepreneurship, providing important theoretical guidance for scientists’ entrepreneurship under “new norms” economic environments.

“大众创业，万众创新”的国家经济战略背景下，科学家创业已经成为实现科技创新商业价值的重要经济活动。然而，科学家创业过程中同时面临着学术制度与市场规则的冲突，凸显了科学家创业过程的制度复杂性问题。破解我国科学家创业效果不佳的问题，必须在理论上深入研究科学家创业所面对的制度复杂性的内涵和类型、应对策略以及其如何影响创业绩效，构建系统化的制度体系及保障措施。项目构建了系统化的制度复杂性视角下的科学家创业研究框架，致力于探讨以下重要内容：1）我国科学家创业活动的基本特征及其嵌入的制度复杂性分析；2）制度复杂性视角下的科学家创业阻碍因素及应对策略研究；3）制度复杂性对于科学家创业绩效的影响作用及过程机理研究；4）我国科学家创业的诱导机制及效果保障机制构建研究。研究不仅扩展了制度复杂性及创业管理相关的研究，也为当前“新常态”经济环境下科学家创业活动及其管理策略构建提供理论指导。

科学家创业是创业领域的新兴话题，是推动科技成果转化的重要活动。然而，面对经济新常态下的创新及创业压力，科学家在创业过程通常需要应对多种制度逻辑，即制度复杂性产生的阻碍，导致创业效果不佳。因此，本项目重点重点探讨科学家创业过程中所嵌入的制度复杂性内容，以及由其导致的影响创业成功的要素及相应的应对策略，具体而言，本项目的主要研究内容如下：1）制度复杂性及其对组织结果的影响；2）从管理者、创业团队、企业层面以及环境层面探讨了科学家创业或创业绩效的影响因素；3）企业技术创新的影响因素。研究成果不仅扩展了制度复杂性及创业管理相关的研究，也为科学家创业企业及创业企业的管理策略及实践提供了一定的参考。
