企业网络能力与技术能力螺旋耦合的模式构建与促进策略研究

Network competence and technological competence are the critical capabilities for the enterprise to promote its innovation performance under open innovation environment. According to the current research fails to explore the interaction between network competence and technological competence and the enterprise's urgent need to promote innovation performance, this project does further research on mode construction and promoting strategy of helical coupling between network competence and technological competence. Based on the knowledge essence and knowledge levels of capability, the helical motion processes of both network competence and technological competence evolution are revealed. On this basis, the mutual coupling mechanism of network competence and technological competence is explored. The coupling degree measurement model is constructed to measure their coupling status. The double helical coupling model between network competence and technological competence is constructed, and the function mechanism of helical coupling on innovation performance is explored. The key influcening factors and influcening mechanism of the helical coupling between network competence and technological competence are identified and revealed through theoretical and empirical study, on this basis and according to the typical case studies, the promoting strategies of helical coupling between network competence and technological competence are proposed. This project will help the enterprise to identify the mutual function mode between network competence and technological competence and their impact on innovation performance,and to take specific strategies to promote network competence and technological competence to step into a high level of coupling phase, which will promote the enterprise's innovation performance.

开放式创新环境下网络能力与技术能力成为企业提升创新绩效的关键能力要素。本项目针对现有研究缺乏探讨网络能力与技术能力交互作用的不足以及企业提升创新绩效的迫切需求，深入研究企业网络能力与技术能力螺旋耦合的模式构建与促进策略。本研究将从能力的知识本质和知识层面入手，揭示网络能力与技术能力演进的螺旋运动过程；在此基础上，探讨网络能力与技术能力交互耦合机制，建立耦合度测算模型用以判别二者的螺旋耦合状态，构建网络能力与技术能力双螺旋耦合模式，探讨二者螺旋耦合对创新绩效的作用机制；通过理论和实证分析，识别和揭示影响网络能力与技术能力耦合的关键因素以及影响机理，据此并结合典型案例分析，提出促进网络能力与技术能力螺旋耦合的策略。通过项目研究，有助于企业明确网络能力与技术能力的交互作用模式以及对创新绩效的作用机制，便于企业采取针对性策略促进网络能力与技术能力共同步入高水平的耦合阶段，提升企业创新绩效。

开放式创新环境下网络能力与技术能力成为企业提升创新绩效的关键能力要素。本项目针对企业网络能力与技术能力螺旋耦合的模式构建与促进策略展开研究。探讨了网络能力与技术能力的知识本质，揭示了二者演进的螺旋运动过程。从能力的知识属性和活动特性两个层面，分析了网络能力与技术能力演进过程中的互动与制约，揭示了二者之间的交互耦合机制。借用物理学中耦合的概念和模型，构建了网络能力与技术能力耦合度测算模型，用以判别二者的耦合状态。构建了网络能力与技术能力的双螺旋耦合作用模式，描述了二者在提升过程中呈现出的协同性、阶段性以及周期性特征。通过理论和实证分析探讨了动荡性环境下网络能力与技术能力及其耦合对创新绩效的作用机制，研究结果表明二者及其耦合对创新绩效有显著正向影响，而技术动荡性和市场动荡性在其中起到正向调节作用。识别出影响网络能力与技术能力及其耦合的关键因素，具体包括战略导向、资源投入、组织学习和组织文化等，这些因素都会对网络能力与技术能力提升产生显著正向影响，据此并结合典型案例分析，提出了包括战略层面实施网络导向、营造开放组织文化、加强组织间与组织内学习、加大网络导向人力资源管理投入等在内的促进网络能力与技术能力耦合发展的策略。通过项目研究，有助于填补目前网络能力与技术能力研究的不足，丰富企业创新能力理论和创新管理理论；有助于企业明确网络能力与技术能力的交互耦合模式以及对创新绩效的作用机制，便于企业在开放式创新环境下把握关键能力要素，提高企业的创新效率，进而增强企业的竞争力。
