本项目完成了RE-Nd-Fe、RE-Pr-Co等8个三元系合金相图的研究,主要成果为:1、提出了一条三元系中四类三元区域分解形成新的稳定化合物的规律;2、证实了Nd5Fe17相和亚稳相NdFe2的存在。DyFe2和微量氧的存在有利于亚稳相的形成;3、少量Nd、Nb的加入有利于RE6Fe23相的形成;4、重稀土与Fe形成的RE2Fe17相与Nd2Fe17相分别属于Th2Ni17(六方晶系,Db3/mmc)和Th2Zn17(菱方晶系R3m)结构类型在500℃等温截面研究中发现,RE2Fe17与Nd2Fe17形成—连续固溶体,这现象有待进一步深入研究;5、测定了一些相的固溶度。
